Product Overview:
FX II Series are set of cutting plotters that are capable of cutting the most complicated cuts with great speed and precision in three perfect sizes.

These automatic cutters are developed with the breakthrough technology of the photo-electric eye sensor. This allows for precise continuous contour cutting of your entire roll of media with ability to load the media and walk away.


1. High Speed continuous crop mark detection:
An optical sensor enables automatic consecutive detection of registration marks throughout the nested image which the inkjet printers print, in combination with the automatic correcting feature that allow you obtain a precise cut.

2. Engineered head unit:
Automatic sheer cutter mechanism provides great flexibility and enhance preformance.

3. Functional and advanced design:
Easy to operate with back-lit front panel.

Maximum cutting speed 100 cm/s.
Maximum moving speed 140 cm/s.

CG-160FX - 1,720 mm / 63 in

Shelf Life: Mimaki FX II Cutter Series has a shelf life of 12 months after receipt from Sonoma Graphic Products. Storage (new and partially used rolls): For quality reasons Mimaki FX II Cutter Series should be stored and converted under conditions of 35-65% relative humidity and at a temperature of 10-30°C. Storage of open rolls: When an open roll of media is not being used » remove the roll from the printer » cover the roll with a plastic bag to protect it from contaminants » if you are storing it on end, use an end plug and tape down the edge to prevent damage to the edge of the roll » do not lay sharp or heavy objects on unprotected rolls and do not stack them.
