Well established, strong company seeking full-time Customer Service Reps. & Purchasing Clerk
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Customer Service:
• Handle incoming phone calls
• Enter orders into MAS 500 system
• Assist accounting department as needed
• Various other tasks as needed
Purchasing:
• Enter and maintain purchases in MAS 500 system
• Interact with vendors as necessary
• Maintain a balanced inventory
• Audit purchase orders before submitting to accounts payable
• Various other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Customer Service and or Purchasing experience helpful
• Good computer skills (Sage MAS experience a plus)
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time, multi-task and meet deadlines on a daily basis
• Self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
